Federal Government Planned To Change Nigeria Name


Federal Government of Nigeria is planning to change Nigeria name from Federal Republic Of Nigeria to Common Wealth Of Nigeria for the celebration of Nigeria 100 years of amalgamation in the year 1914 by December 2013.  

The Chairman of Nigeria's centenary committee,Emeritus Professor Tekena Tamuno has recommended that on 31st December 2013,the name Nigeria should be changed to ''COMMON WEALTH OF NIGERIA.. Does this bring any development in Nigeria system of government in terms of corruption,insecurity and other social development.. Pls ''Share your thoughts.
