Yinka Ayefele Open Hotel In Ibadan

Gospel Music icon Yinka Ayefele will today commission his hotel Down Town Hotel in the city of Ibadan.The newly build hotel is additional property to  numerous properties owned by the popular musician who continues to increase his real estate investments.

But yinka ayefele is still batting with the oyo state government over the demolition of his music house which as been marked by the state government,as it is alleged to be affecting plans for the construction of an 8-lane free way.
