According to the statement release by the family of late madam Josephine Okoye and mother of Nigeria music sensational group Psquare’s  who died on Wednesday, July 11, 2012,she suffered from Diabetes and was taking to have  heart surgery in Apollo Hospital, India.before she gave for the ghost. reports from NET says that are body which is currently in a Lagos private mortuary will move  to rest in her husband’s house at Ifite-Dunu, Akwa Village, Anambra State on Thursday, August 2, 2012.the the burial arrangement will be a lying-in-state at her Umunachi, Umudioka Village, Anambra State and a church service at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, before the proper burial at Ifite-Dunu, which will also be the reception venue.
