James Holmes Massacre Victim's Mother Ready to Sue Movie Theater

According to the reported from TMZ,mother of one of  colorado James Holmes' massacre victims have arranged some of high powered attorney in law firm hub against the Aurora, CO movie theater where 12 peoples have being killed some weeks ago.

Shirley's 32-year-old daughter Rebecca Wingo was shot and killed in the theater.Holmes will be in court Monday morning to be formally charged in the massacre.
